We understand that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, instead of rewarded, by your practice. We understand because we’ve been there.

Founded by thought leaders in practice management and optometry, Dr. Jerry Hayes and Dr. Neil Gailmard, Prima helps you see the big picture and plan for the future. We want you to enjoy your roles as both a doctor and a CEO!
